You don’t need an intense gym routine to benefit; simple activities like brisk walking, jogging, or home exercises can stimulate the release of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, which improve mood and reduce stress hormones like cortisol. The key is consistency and finding movement that feels enjoyable and sustainable. Journaling is an excellent way to get anxious thoughts out of your head.
