From the beginning I’ve been told what I can’t and shouldn’t do!
“Don’t do all that running….. you will lose your strength!”
“You do too much HIIT you won’t grow!”
“You’re going to kill your knees with those mobility drills”
I’m still here and they’re catching on! The body’s ability to adapt is beyond amazing but understanding that we really all aren’t built the same is just as important. I’m forever a fighter and that won’t change the underdog they see but refuse to acknowledge is coming. God covered! I keep pushing in my own lane.
