Is your life losing color? #GettingPastit
Good morning ☀️
Looked in my closet and realized everything felt… safe.
Black, white, gray.
No energy. No vibrancy.
Made me ask myself—
Did life lose its color, or did I stop choosing it?
Maybe it’s time to bring that energy back into how we show up every day.
What does your closet say about you?

I’ve personally noticed that when my wardrobe shifts to predominantly neutral tones—black, white, gray—it often signals a low-energy phase or a period where I’m playing it safe. Clothing can be a powerful, subconscious expression of how we feel inside. When I started deliberately adding colors that made me feel joyful—like vibrant blues, warm reds, or sunny yellows—it wasn’t just my closet that changed, but my overall vibe and confidence skyrocketed. It’s important to ask yourself what your current wardrobe says about your mindset. Are you embracing change and growth, or retreating into comfort zones? Bringing color into your life, whether through fashion or other means, can symbolize a mindset shift and open the door to new energy and opportunities. Incorporating this small act of self-expression has been a meaningful step in my personal development journey. It reinforced the idea that mindset shifts don’t have to come from massive overhauls; sometimes, something as simple as choosing a colorful outfit can be a powerful catalyst for change. Our clothes can be external reminders that life has more vibrancy waiting to be claimed—if only we choose it. If you’re feeling like life has lost its color, maybe start with your closet. Experiment with new hues and patterns that resonate with you. It’s a tangible, daily way to practice mindfulness and self-reflection, and over time, you might find that the colors you wear begin to influence how you approach each day with renewed growth and energy.
