How I still enjoy pasta while losing weight
I said this before, but I’m a big pasta girl like spaghetti has been my favorite food since I was one lol. At first, I felt like I had to give up pasta in order to lose weight. But after learning that I can eat what I love in moderation, I started trying to find healthier alternatives.

I do the same thing and my other meal for the day (I do protein shakes for breakfast) is typically low to mid calorie/low carb/high protein so I can indulge. Like tuna with mix ins or cauliflower rice and beans with light cheese. Then I can eat a little more protein pasta at dinner.
