I started taking an androgen blocker

here’s what changed within 2 weeks ⬇️

I noticed a huge change in my cystic acne!!

Jawline cystic acne is caused by high androgens like testosterone which is common with PCOS. I was having multiple breakouts every cycle & I was fed up!

I found this natural androgen blocker supplement from nourished naturals! I wanted to go the natural route instead of taking a prescription like spironolactone which can cause side effects.

I consistently took the supplement once a day for 2 weeks & I didn’t get any new breakouts which was a good sign!!

My next period I also didn’t get any new zits which was incredible because that’s when I usually breakout.

I’ve been taking this now for 8 months & I rarely breakout!! Consistency is key for this supplement. You need to take it to get results! Everyone also may not respond as fast as I did either.

I feel lucky this has worked so well for me!!

Lmk if you try it 🫶🏻
