it’s not about doing more…

it’s about moving right 💋

4/3 Edited to

... Read moreSometimes in life, we equate success with how much we do or how busy we are. However, this perspective often leads to burnout and inefficiency. Instead, focusing on moving right—meaning taking deliberate, thoughtful actions aligned with our goals—can bring more meaningful progress. From personal experience, I noticed that when I tried to do too many things at once, I ended up exhausted and overwhelmed, with little to show for it. By shifting my mindset to prioritize quality and intention in every step I take, I became more productive and satisfied. For example, rather than working longer hours mindlessly, I started planning my tasks around priorities and energy levels. This approach applies across different areas—from career moves to personal growth. It's about tuning into what truly matters and acting accordingly. Remember, it’s not about doing the most, but about moving right. This subtle shift can transform how we approach challenges and opportunities, making our efforts more impactful and sustainable.

It’s not about getting ripped abs…
Nutrition & genetics have a say in that. A stronger core will protect your back and will help with your posture. Doing the moves slowly will keep your core muscles under tension for a longer time, allowing them to get stronger. Now, please like and share this to spread the knowledge! *

Stop doing yearly reviews…
🤓 To all the A+ children…are you okay? I was NOT okay for a very long time, because I kept measuring my value as a HUMAN-BEING (not just as an entrepreneur) solely based on my accomplishments in life. And I know where this comes from, I found the source, pulled out the weed and for next year I’m

Birthday tradition I WON’T be doing with my kids🙅🏻‍♀️
I grew up getting my face smashed in my birthday cake every year. As a little kid I did not like it & there’s even pictures of me crying. As a teenager I didn’t mind it, & as a young adult & adult I don’t like it just cause I don’t like stuff on my face or people touching my face.

Text on a dark green background discusses mixed perceptions of LinkedIn's "Open to Work" banner, listing factors like fear of judgment and a competitive job market. A small plant in a white pot is visible on the right.

Job seekers: You might look desperate doing this..
🗣️ Spoiler alert: publicly discussing your active job search does NOT make you look desperate. That includes: - Making posts about being laid off, looking for work or your struggles around the job search. - Cold messaging people asking them to refer you for roles or connect you with others wh
