Day 30/75 💪

Happy FriYAY! This was last nights workout. 🏋️‍♀️

I haven’t ran a 5k since November! I go through waves of running where I enjoy it …and then followed by never wanting to run again. Anyone else? 🤷‍♀️

This was a solid run for me, I really enjoy running for distance and not speed—personal preference!

We’re almost half way through 75 strong!! It’s definitely been a challenge needless to say. How’s your goals going??🔥👀
