This photo made me feel so insecure, I hated my gym outfit, hated the way I looked in it, how I felt — those things happen ☹️

What we’re gonna talk about it how I’m on day 6/45 of my wellness challenge here’s everything I did to put forth my best efforts in feeling better:

• BREAKFAST: Iced coffee and a protein smoothie (post taking coconut cult)

• LUNCH: Chicken stir fry w some fruit

• SNACK: Greek yogurt mix

• DINNER: Lemon chicken w sweet potatoes and a roll

• SNACK: Fruit w honey and a flavored soda water

MOVEMENT:

• 7k steps
