First off, let’s talk about the incredible 'arm blaster benefits' I’ve experienced. The main game-changer for me is how it completely eliminates cheating. Before I started using it, I'd often find myself swinging my torso or using my shoulders to lift heavier. This accessory literally forces me to keep my back straight and prevents any 'balancing' acts. This means every single curl becomes 'much more demanding,' ensuring that 100% of the effort goes right into my biceps. The OCR even mentioned "NO ME PERMITE BALANCEARME" which is so true! This isolation leads to a 'powerful pump' that I rarely achieved before. You really feel the muscle working, and that mind-muscle connection is key for growth. I also love how it helps target the forearms when I do inverted curls, just like I mentioned in my routine.
