The Best HIGH Protein Chocolate Mousse 🍫

This mousse helped keep my macros in check during my weight loss journey. It’s protein packed, rich, filling, and gives you sweet fix to kill the cravings.

Ingredients:

2 cups cottage cheese 🧀

1/3-1/2 cup sugar/sweetener (depending on your taste preference) 🍭

1/3 cup cocoa powder 🍫

1tsp vanilla

2tbs milk of your choice 🥛

fruit to top it off 🍓🍌🥥

Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. I do 1/2 cup servings and get 4-5 per batch.
