... Read moreHey everyone! If you're a Dead by Daylight fan, you know how thrilling it can be to play as a killer, and for me, The Legion truly shines. There’s something uniquely satisfying about zooming around the map with Feral Frenzy, downing multiple survivors, and then securing that epic Mori. I wanted to share some of my personal insights and strategies that have helped me get better at playing Legion and consistently land those satisfying end-game animations. Understanding Feral Frenzy Legion's power, Feral Frenzy, is all about map pressure and quick hits. When activated, you become faster, gain a wider vault, and can hit survivors, applying the Deep Wound status effect. The key is chaining these hits. Each successful hit on a different survivor within your Frenzy extends its duration and recharges it. Don't just hit one survivor and drop your power; aim to hit as many as possible to keep the frenzy going and spread that Deep Wound! It’s all about momentum. Strategic Chaining and When to Commit My biggest tip for Feral Frenzy is knowing when to commit to a down and when to spread injury. If you hit a survivor, they get Deep Wound. If you hit them again while they have Deep Wound (and you're still in Frenzy), they'll go down. This is great for quick downs, but sometimes it's better to hit one survivor, then quickly move to the next nearby one, and then another. By injuring multiple survivors, you create pressure across the map, making it harder for them to heal and progress generators. Sometimes, you might even have to ABANDON a long chase for a quick down on a weaker target, especially if you see another survivor nearby to chain hits on. Don't waste precious Frenzy time chasing a single survivor across half the map! My Go-To Perk Builds Gen Control: Discordance is a must for Legion, in my opinion. It tells you exactly where multiple survivors are working on a generator, setting you up for perfect Feral Frenzy chains. Pop Goes the Weasel (or Pain Resonance) helps secure generator regression after a hook. Tracking and Chase: Thrilling Tremors is fantastic for seeing which generators are being worked on after a hook, and it helps you find your next target. I also love using Mindbreaker (formerly Coulrophobia) or Fearmonger to slow down healing and generator repairs, especially when paired with The Legion's constant injury. Mori Setup: To secure those Moris, you'll need a Memento Mori offering. My favorite way to get them is often after hooking a survivor twice. Then, once they're unhooked, a quick Feral Frenzy chase can lead to that satisfying final blow. Essential Add-ons Joey's Mix Tape: This is my personal favorite. It reduces the Feral Frenzy cool-down considerably, meaning more power uptime and more pressure. Legion Pin / Frank's Mix Tape: These are great for applying status effects or extending Deep Wound, making survivors easier to track and keeping them injured longer. Stab Wounds Study: Increases Feral Frenzy movement speed, helping you cover more ground and catch up to survivors faster for those crucial chain hits. Concluding Thoughts Playing Legion can be incredibly rewarding once you get the hang of their unique rhythm. Remember to constantly apply pressure, use your power to injure multiple survivors, and know when to switch targets. Don't be afraid to experiment with perks and add-ons to find what works best for your playstyle. Happy hunting, and I hope these tips help you secure some truly epic Legion Moris in your next Dead by Daylight match!
