Roasted asparagus or green beans with a squeeze of lemon are also fantastic; they add a lovely freshness and a bit of crunch. Sometimes, I'll even whip up a quick compound butter with fresh herbs like rosemary and thyme to melt over the hot steak right before serving – it adds an incredible layer of flavor that makes every bite feel gourmet.
