Non-toxic cleaning

I alwaysss have gotten asked about non-toxic cleaning & what alternatives I use for cleaning, cooking, hair styling & much more!

Years later & some trial and error - I’ve figured out - you really don’t need much to clean. MOST cleaning products are all marketing trying to get you to buy a million products you don’t really need - & it’s wasteful ! All you really need is simple products & the right tools. LESS 👏🏽 IS 👏🏽 MORE 👏🏽.. I stopped buying so many cleaning products & started buying INGREDIENTS. 💫 Vinegar, rubbing alcohol, lemon juice, essential oils, baking soda, non-toxic dish soap / Castile soap + cleaning tools & that’s IT !!!

I’ll drop some of the cleaning tools I use that help make cleaning a little easier. 🫧🫧🫧

... Read moreIn today's world, where sustainability and health consciousness are on the rise, many people are turning to non-toxic cleaning solutions. Conventional cleaning products are often filled with harmful chemicals that can affect both our health and the planet. By using natural ingredients such as vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice, anyone can create effective and safe cleaning solutions. Vinegar is a powerful cleaning agent that can disinfect surfaces and remove tough stains. Its acidic nature aids in breaking down mineral deposits and soap scum, making it ideal for kitchens and bathrooms. Baking soda, on the other hand, is an excellent deodorizer and gentle abrasive, perfect for scrubbing surfaces without scratching. Essential oils not only add a pleasant scent but also offer antibacterial properties, enhancing the cleaning effects. For instance, tea tree oil is particularly known for combating mold and bacteria, while lemon essential oil can cut through grease and grime. Moreover, switching to these eco-friendly alternatives can reduce the number of products cluttering your home. Instead of buying multiple specialized cleaners, you can rely on a few versatile ingredients. This approach not only saves you money but also minimizes waste produced by excess packaging. Using tools like microfiber cloths and reusable cleaning pads further boosts the effectiveness of non-toxic cleaning. These tools are designed to trap dirt and minimize the need for disposable products, making your cleaning routine more sustainable. Lastly, building these practices into your lifestyle contributes to a larger movement towards low-tox living. By sharing your experiences with others, you can inspire your community to adopt healthier cleaning habits. Whether you're a cleaning novice or an experienced eco-warrior, integrating non-toxic solutions into your routine is a step towards a healthier home.
