Don't forget leak-proof extra underwear; it’s a lifesaver in case of unexpected leaks. Deodorant and body spray help you stay fresh and confident wherever you go. If cramps hit hard, supplements designed for relief can be really helpful—just check what works best for your body. Also, disposable sanitary napkin bags and biodegradable wipes make cleanup discreet and eco-friendly, which I love! Including these items has personally helped me feel empowered and prepared during my period, turning a challenging week into something manageable and even a little bit comforting.
