Another key change was incorporating more green and leafy vegetables into my diet, like spinach and kale. These are packed with antioxidants and essential vitamins which support skin repair and fight inflammation from within. Adding these simple but effective steps transformed my skin care routine into a holistic approach. For those struggling with dull or irritated skin, focusing on both external care and nutrition can lead to impressive, lasting results. Remember, consistency is key—maintaining this routine daily can help reveal a natural, healthy glow over time.
