Iron Deficiency Isn’t Always What You Think

Many people are prescribed iron supplements without understanding the difference between iron sources.

“The blood is iron.” — Dr. Sebi

Plant-based minerals found in alkaline herbs have traditionally been used to support overall wellness and natural iron balance.

🌿 Sarsaparilla

🌿 Burdock Root

🌿 Yellowdock

🌿 Chaparral

🌿 Blue Vervain

🌿 Bugleweed

Always research, ask questions, and speak with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement routine.

... Read moreMany people, including myself, have experienced confusion when it comes to iron supplementation. Conventional iron pills often contain iron oxide, which isn't always the most effective form of iron for absorption or long-term health. What I found fascinating is the concept emphasized by Dr. Sebi regarding "iron fluorine," a type of iron that can be extracted from alkaline plants, not commonly found in typical supplements. In my wellness journey, I explored natural plant-based sources like Sarsaparilla, Burdock Root, Yellowdock, Chaparral, Blue Vervain, and Bugleweed that are rich in these minerals. These herbs have been used traditionally to support overall wellness by maintaining natural iron balance in the body. Unlike the hard-to-absorb iron oxide, these alkaline plants offer a gentler and more bioavailable form of iron that can reduce common side effects such as stomach upset and constipation. Adding these herbal supplements to my routine involved thorough research and consultations with healthcare professionals. I learned to respect the importance of understanding exactly what type of iron I was ingesting, rather than simply taking any iron pill prescribed. This approach dramatically helped me avoid iron overload or deficiencies. If you are trying to manage iron levels, consider the source of your iron carefully. Incorporating these plant-based minerals may not only improve your iron status but also enhance your body's overall alkaline balance and vitality. As always, consult your healthcare provider before starting new supplements to safely integrate these natural options into your regimen. This mindful approach has been a game-changer in my health and resonates with holistic healing principles embraced by many today.

Hi been back-and-forth to the hospital to my doctors. They say I have low iron in anemic so I’ve got iron infusions before five of them did bloodwork again came back. I’m still low for some reason. I’m not getting nutrients I guess from what I’m eating. I’m staying away from gluten so now I have to do more infusions. What other things can I do and they’re having me go to a G.I. doctor now I really don’t want to.
