Mental Health is not something to hide.

Hi guys! I wanted to talk about mental health. Recently, I got to talking about some really deep stuff with one of my closet friends. We both struggle with things and we both thought we were the only ones. I realize now that things like depression and anxiety are more common than you think. You are not alone. We also talked about how you need to take care of yourself and cut negativity out of your life. One of my friends is just very rude to me and makes me feel really bad about myself so I’ve decided to stay away from her. I’m going to do things because they make me happy, not other people. I also wish depression was normalized. So many people have it. Remember to take care of yourself.
