Ingredients:
1 bag Nacho Doritos, crushed
2 cups shredded chicken or ground beef
2 cups shredded cheese (more for topping if desired)
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 package taco seasoning (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Oven and Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken or beef, 1 cup cheese, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk, and taco seasoning. Stir until everything is well blended.
Layer the Casserole: Place half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of the casserole dish. Top with half of the meat mixture. Repeat layers.
