Dessert hack!!! 🍓🍫

Mix 1 container of sugar-free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix and fold in 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips. Pop in the freezer!! Mine came out like rich chocolate mousse ice cream!! 🤎 I added a few sliced strawberries on top — because it feels fancy and still totally guilt-free.

6 Tbsp serving = sweet, creamy, and protein-friendly!

You all really always coming for another woman I’m sure everybody knows that she posted up sugar-free she didn’t say nothing about the calories a lot of people struggle with eating carbs and look for a carb free or sugar-free option because of diabetes shouldn’t say low calorie no calorie also, she did say it could be a protein option and I’m sure she wasn’t thinking she needed to tell you guys common sense that ingredient was missing that neither one of those would have the protein, but you could even add a melted spoonful of peanut butter and a whip in or you can add protein powder. The sky is the limit. She posted a sugar-free option and they all come through like vultures what happened to having our sister’s back and lifting another woman?
