Whats your favorite high protein snack?
When I first started focusing on hitting my macros, especially protein, late-night snacking was always a challenge. I wanted something that would satisfy my sweet tooth but wouldn’t derail my nutrition goals. That’s when I discovered these fantastic high-protein snack swaps. Magic Spoon Marshmallow Protein Treat Bars quickly became a staple for me—they deliver 12 grams of protein at just 130 calories, which is amazing. Plus, the flavor really hits the spot if you're used to traditional sugary treats but want to keep it clean. I especially love the Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge variety; it perfectly satisfies my late-night chocolate cravings while offering a protein boost. Another favorite is Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola. With 17 grams of protein per serving, it’s my go-to crunchy snack. Sometimes, I mix a handful into Greek yogurt to create a dessert-like treat that still fits my macros and keeps me full longer. The sweet and salty flavor combo is addictive! I also tried the High Protein Pop-Tarts—which surprised me with how close they tasted to the originals but packed with more protein. It's a convenient option when I want something quick without sacrificing macro balance. Lastly, I’ve been loving Dannon Light+Fit Toasted Marshmallow Yogurt. It’s low-calorie, rich in protein, and pairs well with fresh fruit or granola for a versatile snack option. Overall, finding these guilt-free, protein-packed snacks made my late-night routines much healthier and more satisfying. If you’re looking to stay on track without giving up flavor, these swaps are worth trying!

I don't recommend the pop tarts. About the same amount of sugar and carbs as regular pop tarts with 10 grams of protein if you eat both in the pack. Try legendary toaster pastries. Those have more protein, less carbs and sugar in on pastry.
