🌶 Crispy Air Fryer Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad

If you love a classic Caesar but want it spicy, crispy, and actually filling… this is it. The air fryer makes the chicken juicy inside and crispy outside without deep frying. Game changer.

🛒 Ingredients:

• 2 spicy seasoned chicken breasts (air fryer style)

• 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

• 2 boiled eggs, sliced

• Fresh Parmesan cheese

• ½ avocado, sliced

• Croutons

• Salt & pepper

• Caesar dressing

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step:

1. Season your chicken breasts with your favorite spicy blend (I use paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt & pepper).

2. Air fry at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp hits 165°F.

3. Let chicken rest 5 minutes, then slice.

4. Chop romaine and add to a bowl.

5. Top with sliced boiled eggs, avocado, Parmesan, and croutons.

6. Add sliced spicy chicken on top.

7. Drizzle Caesar dressing.

8. Finish with cracked pepper and a pinch of salt.

💡 My Personal Tips:

• Don’t overdress it. Start light — you can always add more.

• Let the chicken rest before slicing so it stays juicy.

• If you want extra crunch, toast your croutons in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
