It is not adequately addressed that experiencing grief is a natural response when relinquishing something significant. Grief is not exclusive to physical death; it also encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual realms. Transformation can be overwhelming when actively working to improve oneself and disconnect from elements that no longer serve a purpose. Practicing self-compassion during this process is essential, and acknowledging that these experiences are normal can be reassuring. Remain encouraged and trust the process.
