Gluten Free Non-Aesthetic Dinner Inspo

I know what you’re thinking “some of this stuff takes prep work”. I’m here to tell you prep work is key to being lazy when you want throughout the week!

Two things I prep for every week: Rice and Hard-Boiled Eggs. Very filling and very versatile!

For the BBQ chicken I simply cooked some cubed chicken in a pan with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then put two Tablespoons of Head country barbecue sauce with the chicken and mix well! Reheat a cup of your premade rice and put the chicken on top!

For the Pork Bowls I purchase a pre-seasoned pork tenderloin from Walmart and oven bake it as the directions state on the packaging. Then I get out the eggs and rice I premade, add some sriracha on top and VOILA🤌🏻

For the Lazy Tiffany Plate, I take a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt, half a teaspoon of onion powder, half a teaspoon of garlic powder and mix. I lay out a piece of honey ham, spread the mixture on and add some shredded cheddar. Then I roll them up, get out my premade eggs and slice an apple!

These are comfort meals for me. They bring me peace of mind knowing I don’t always have to try so hard, sometimes it’s okay to relax after a tough day. Take a break and remember your time is precious, no job or person is worth stressing over🩵
