Lazy White Chicken Chili
I say Lazy because i bought already cooked and shredded chicken instead of chicken breasts and onion already diced 😅 still so good though!!
Ingredients:
1lb shredded chicken
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can white beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can original rotel (undrained)
1 can mild rotel (undrained)
1 block of cream cheese cut into cubes
1 ranch seasoning packet
1 1/2 cup chicken broth (depends how soupy you like. start with less and add more)
1 white onion
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Salt & Pepper
I usually taste it about half way through and add more seasoning.
And i add avocado, cilantro, and fritos to my bowl 🤌🏼
