Changes I noticed on the carnivore diet

My 1-week transformation 🌟

1️⃣ My skin cleared up, and eczema/breakouts disappeared. My skin feels healthy and looks so much better.

2️⃣ I lost a lot of inflammation and water weight, especially in my face. I feel lighter and more relaxed, and I rarely get sore after workouts.

3️⃣ Brain fog and my 3 PM crash are gone. I can think more clearly and have steady mental energy throughout the day.

4️⃣ My energy levels are way better now, even after cutting out caffeine.

5️⃣ No more bloating! I used to feel uncomfortable after eating, but now I feel full and satisfied without the discomfort.

When people ask what I mean by a "carnivore glow," I tell them it's that feeling of vibrant health that radiates from within. It’s the combination of clear, smooth skin, boundless energy, and mental sharpness that truly makes you sparkle. For me, the most noticeable change was my skin. I used to battle persistent eczema and frustrating breakouts, especially around my jawline. Within days of focusing solely on animal products, I saw a dramatic reduction. My skin felt calmer, less inflamed, and the redness began to fade. I believe this is largely due to eliminating common inflammatory triggers found in many plant-based foods, and massively increasing nutrient intake from quality meats. What's on my plate to achieve this? My staples are incredibly simple but powerful. I rely heavily on ground beef – grass-fed whenever possible, for its rich omega-3s and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which are great for skin health. Bone broth has become my daily elixir; I sip it warm throughout the day for its collagen and gelatin, which are essential building blocks for healthy skin, hair, and nails. I've heard amazing things about it for gut health too, and I think that’s definitely playing a role in my overall well-being. Breakfast is often a hearty plate of scrambled eggs paired with crispy uncured bacon. I've found that good quality, uncured bacon adds healthy fats and flavor without unnecessary additives. Sometimes, for a fun twist, I'll make savory egg waffles – yes, you can do that! – and top them with a juicy burger patty and more bacon. These meals keep me full and energized for hours, preventing those mid-morning slumps. For lunch and dinner, I rotate between different cuts of meat. A perfectly cooked steak is always a treat, providing iron and zinc crucial for cell repair and immune function. I also try to incorporate nutrient-packed liver once a week. While it might sound intimidating, it's a powerhouse of vitamins A, D, E, K, and B vitamins, all vital for healthy skin and energy. And of course, I never forget to generously season my food with good quality sea salt to ensure I'm getting enough electrolytes, which helps with hydration and overall body function. Hydration isn’t just about water; it’s about balancing those minerals too! Beyond the food, my "carnivore glow" is also about how I feel. The complete absence of bloating, the steady mental clarity that banished my 3 PM crash, and the sustained energy without relying on caffeine are truly transformative. It’s a feeling of internal harmony that inevitably shines through. If you're looking for a similar transformation, focusing on these simple, nutrient-dense animal products might just be the key to unlocking your own radiant glow.
