For busy moms like me, incorporating fitness and wellness into daily life requires flexibility and patience. Over time, these consistent efforts lead to meaningful improvements in energy, mood, and overall health. The phrase “consistency > perfection” truly resonates because it removes pressure and encourages perseverance.
