In the morning, I downed three 16oz water bottles. For work I took my 40oz Hydro Flask. It brought me over my goal butttt I think it’s better than being under it. Besides I was very parched throughout the day due to the humidity.

I was on my feet for the most part of my work shift. I had to do a lot of running back and forth. (More like power walking lol). I ended up taking a walk after work.

I’m keeping up with meal prep so far. I am really trying to make sure I eat breakfast. Sometimes it feels like I’m close to under-eating. I made a wrap for lunch which I enjoyed. For dinner, it was spaghetti with peppers and grilled chicken. 😮💨😋

I almost forgot to wash my face at night. I got back from the walk super tired. I used some plain soap and then Cerva Ve Moisturizer PM. I want to up my skincare but for now this is good. I want to avoid burnout.

I finally finished Shadow. It was so good and the ending was satisfying. I sometimes don’t want to finish a book for fear of the ending being terrible. (…yeah.) I am really excited to pick back up this other book I started but didn’t finished. Reading is really helping with my winding down. (Although afterwards I watched some Reelshorts. 😅)
