Day Seven: 75 Soft Challenge

-75oz Water 💦

I feel like a plant! I’m constantly grabbing water cause this humidity is NOT playing. It’s like all my moisture and hydration is getting steamrolled out of me. I think I will increase my water intake a bit more.

-7k Steps🚶‍♀️

Repeat of yesterday! I did another ZRZ run. I’ll be taking two rest days off from running cardio. I think my running form is off and my right knee is feeling strained. Tomorrow I’m going back to the gym for some strength training.

-Portion Control 🌮

Another repeat (sort of). I had a very light breakfast before my wrong. Lunch was a bit heavier and I felt satisfied after eating it. I was able to last all work shift until my break at 8pm. I had leftovers from yesterday’s dinner: white rice, chicken, red peppers, broccoli, and carrots. I’m trying to not feel guilty for eating carbs.

-Skincare 💗

My skincare routine feels kind of bland. I’ve been washing my face though and making sure I’m consistently wearing SPF though.

-Reading 30 mins 📖

My enthusiasm with this book, ‘Hot Under His Collar,’ is not as much as I had with the previous one. However, I’m still reading it and my attention is still captivated. I really want to finish it. It’s really good!
