Quick Gluten Free Air Fryer Dinner
Do you ever have days where you need food but can barely function?
Air Fryer and Rice Cooker to the rescue!
1 Salmon Filet
Frozen Brussel Sprouts
White rice
Season the salmon with whatever you like. I chose salt, pepper, and garlic. Drizzle it in olive oil.
Open the bag of frozen brussels and season in the bag with some olive oil.
Shove Brussels in the air fryer for 9 minutes on 375
Start rice cooker(mine takes 20 minutes to cook rice)
After 9 minutes, shake the Brussels around and put the salmon next to them on the air fryer. Cook for 9 more minutes.
If you time it right, everything is done at once!
