🥦 Parmesan Crusted Broccoli (Air Fryer)
This has become one of my favorite low-carb sides! 😋
How I make it:
✨ Start with frozen broccoli.
✨ Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
✨ Air fry for about 10 minutes to cook the broccoli and remove the excess moisture.
Make the Parmesan topping:
🥗Ranch dressing
🧀 Shredded mozzarella
🧀 Freshly shredded Parmesan (Kraft Parmesan works great too!)
🧄 Garlic powder
🧅 Onion powder
Mix everything together in a bowl, spread it over the broccoli, then air fry again until the cheese is golden and bubbly. 🤤
I paired mine with seasoned shrimp, a juicy T-bone steak, and lamb for dinner. 🥩🍤
