Here’s how to lower cortisol naturally

Hello friends! 🍋

Did you know that high cortisol levels can really mess with our bodies and minds? I've been learning how to lower cortisol and how it can affect our lives.

Some of the most important things to reduce cortisol is movement! It can be a walk, a workout, or some yoga, moving your body helps release stress and boost your mood.

Too much coffee can spike cortisol, so if you are a coffee lover, try some decaf, switching to herbal teas or limiting your coffee per day.

Cold shower or a bubbly bath can help it too, in my post you can find my brand suggestions that I use.

A good night's sleep is crucial too! Create a bedtime routine to help you calm down.

These are good ways to help you reduce cortisol and feel my alive, calm and energized!

To combat this, integrating healthy habits like morning sunlight exposure, meditation, and nutritional breakfasts can significantly benefit your cortisol management. Cold showers and the amino acid L-theanine can also be helpful. It's essential to prioritize 8-9 hours of quality sleep each night to restore balance. Additionally, reducing caffeine intake and considering supplements like fish oil and ashwagandha can further aid in balancing cortisol levels. Implementing these holistic methods can lead to a calmer, more energized life.
