1 (15 ounce) can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed

1/2 red onion diced

1 cup corn

1 avocado diced

2 roma tomatoes diced

1/4 cup cilantro chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

juice of one lime

1/2 teaspoon cumin
