For a healthy yet enjoyable option, I savored whipped Greek yogurt blended with protein powder, topped with roasted pistachios, blueberries, and chocolate chips—perfect for a quick and nutritious meal. Lunchtime offered exciting options like oven-baked wings and stuffed bell peppers, showcasing my love for culinary experimentation at home. Additionally, I enjoyed a poke bowl, featuring sushi rice topped with fresh salmon, seaweed salad, imitation crab, crumbled furikake, and crispy onions—a vibrant and flavorful dish. Lastly, my love for sandwiches shone through with cheddar egg sandwiches and breakfast quesadillas filled with eggs, rice, tomatoes, and sour cream, rounding off an indulgent few days of tasty food experiences.
