Praying, meditating, or simply sitting in silence for a couple of minutes daily helps reduce stress and sharpens focus. Spending time outdoors in natural sunlight boosts vitamin D and elevates mood. Decluttering a small space regularly creates a sense of control and calm. Small acts of kindness and compliments strengthen social bonds and improve your outlook.
