How To Boost Your Confidence ✨
If you’re still struggling with being Confident, Doing these 5 things will give you the boost you need 💪🏾
1. Self Acceptance & Self Love: I still struggle with this but lately I have been working a lot on being intentional about accepting and loving my Gorgeous self! Most times we think we truly love ourselves but in reality you might not be in love with yourself as much as you think. The goal here is to sit with yourself and be very intentional about how you see yourself. Avoid speaking negatively about your physical features or traits and acknowledge your flaws while you continue to work towards becoming a better version of You. It all starts with a decision and discipline; it won’t be an overnight transformation but with constant practice and intentionality, you will get there.
2. Learn to Give & Accept Compliments Freely: Expressing your genuine appreciation for someone’s work, effort, or even outfit choice is a great way to put out positive energy, which often finds its way back to you. Also surround yourself with people who have high confidence, they’ll rub off you.
3. Figure out your “Power Outfits”: Clothes certainly aren’t everything, but knowing the silhouettes, cuts, and colors you feel your best in can give you the extra boost of self-esteem you need. There are times when I like certain outfits but I know they won’t be flattering on me; rather than stressing about it, I look for other similar styles that will accentuate my feminine features or create a different look all together. The aim is to look good and feel Uber Glam like a Queen!
4. Invest in Quality Scents- We usually underestimate the power of smelling good. It not only makes you feel good about yourself but it endears people to you. You don’t have to splurge on expensive fragrances if you are on a budget. There are so many nice smelling skincare products and fragrances that don’t cost too much and as you become buoyant, you can start to level up to more expensive brands. 5. Find a Hobby and Become Badass at it: When you figure out what makes you feel like a
Superhero and you do it so well, it boosts your confidence like crazy! Especially when you're in a position to transfer that knowledge to others. So if you don't already, look for a hobby or skill that you can become better at and watch how much of a self esteem booster it will be for you!
