In our house, the first person to cross the threshold matter.

That’s why we let a man with money in his pockets be the first to walk through the door on January 1st.

My momma said he bring:

💰 Luck and prosperity so money don’t dodge you all year

🧱 Stability so the home stand firm

🛡️ Protection so trouble don’t enter before blessing do

It ain’t superstition.

It’s symbolism, intention, and old wisdom workin’ together.
