My 3 low cal meals 🍜🤗

Hello lemons🍋!

I thought today i’d give you guys healthy meal tips! & they taste just as good , i’ve learned being healthy is super important to ur body , taking care of yourself has so many benefits & you’ll see a big decrease in stress.

- My 3 low cal meals -

For breakfast i’d start the day off with a simple yogurt & granola mix with added strawberries 🍓. super good & delicious! it’s not too much food but it’s not too little. it’s just right! 😋😋.

For lunch i’d have a chicken veggie salad or just a regular salad with ranch added , it’s super good i would recommend with tomatoes for a sweetness 🤗!.

To end the day off right i’d have a simple

pasta dish my favorite being konjac noodles! they’re so good & have such good benefits if you’re sick or have a stuffy nose! id definitely recommend for lunch too😁.
