Any advice on breaking this cycle?

I never had this issue. Now, I crave that… I don’t know, stability? My dad left when I was 14, and my stepdad was distant. Therapy helped a bit, but I still find myself drawn to men who remind me of him, gray hair, deep voices, even the way they smell. It’s exhausting and honestly a little sad.
