I Am Still Growing. Not Finished Yet. I AM.
I AM… still growing. Not finished. Not arrived. Not the final version of myself. The fruit does not appear overnight. The roots go deep long before anything is visible. I am the process. I am the patience. I am the season. I am not behind. I am exactly where my growth needs me to be. That is what I AM is built on.
Save this for the day you feel behind. Send this to someone still in their growth season.
IAM… what are you still growing into? Tell me yours.

The path of personal growth is often misunderstood as a race with a clear finish line, but in reality, it's more like a season of deep roots and quiet transformation. I've learned that true growth takes time—just like the fruit that doesn’t appear overnight but is nourished by unseen roots that strengthen beneath the surface. This perspective has helped me approach my own challenges with more patience and kindness. When I remind myself that I am "the process" and "the patience," I find peace in knowing that being "not finished" or "not arrived" is not a failure, but an essential part of becoming. Growth isn't about having arrived at a final version of yourself; it's about consistently evolving and embracing every stage of your journey. A helpful practice I’ve adopted is celebrating small signs of progress, no matter how subtle they seem. It’s like tending a garden—you don’t rush the blooms; instead, you nurture the soil, water the roots, and trust that the season for your growth will come in its own time. This mindset has prevented me from feeling behind others and helped me focus on where my growth needs to be rather than comparing myself to outside expectations. I also find that sharing this mindset with friends and community creates a supportive space where we encourage each other through growth seasons. Sometimes, all we need is a reminder that it’s perfectly okay to be in progress. If you’re still becoming, still growing, take pride in your journey and keep nurturing your roots patiently and purposefully.
