Many places, like Subway, allow you to build your own meal, focusing on lean protein and lots of veggies. Another great tip for finding low-cal food ideas is to check the nutrition information online beforehand. Most major fast-food chains have detailed menus on their websites or apps. This is especially helpful if you're looking for something specific, like a post-workout meal.
