Healthier snacks Options

I have been working on my biggest setback from the past and that’s staying consistent. So I have learned to not force myself to be so strict but rather be more mindful so I can maintain healthier realistic eating habits I can be consistent with going forward. These are a few of my favorites snack options that have helped me stay on track so far. I mean it this time when I say 2025 is my year!! Down 10lbs so far since January & I’m just getting started! 💪🏽
