Used to be very stressed during college but passed because of friends & family
I think that by the time of college, many people will be stressed too, whether around the port, quota or round 3.
🙌🏽 The point of this post is to share the experience. I want you to "communicate a lot."
We are the children around the four non-stick ports that are the most stressed. One is that we are afraid of parents, disappointed. People around us have very high hopes for us. We are afraid that our father is afraid of friends, afraid that the teacher asks if there is a school yet.
And yes, we cried very hard during that time. 😭😭😭
But what we are afraid of / all we think is really our fear. We just thought it ourselves. On the day of the announcement, the results did not pass. We have very close "friends" to comfort us. And other friends do not tease at all. Everyone fully encourages us that we have done our best.
With my family, that day we burst into stress and said everything to my father like crying fumphing, hahahaha, but what we didn't think of before was that my father listened to us everything, tried to help us find a way out, asked if there was any other way to deal, and he came to hug us and said, "It's okay," "It's okay," "It's okay," and the final announcement, we got stuck.
So I want to tell all of you, there will be a really stressful time. If you can't tell your friends, friends will give you positive energy or people that we think you can talk to and feel comfortable or family because they just want to see us successfully follow our dreams. Sometimes we can be scared / think by ourselves. And talking to a friend or teacher has the advantage that we will not be confused. Feeling like yes, we are not alone, haha. Do not miss the message too. Consult someone who knows and have to prepare a plan to deal with (in case)
Believe that during the university, everyone encourages us well, of course. Fight, children, children, children. Anyone who wants to know anything can say hello too.

การเข้าสู่ช่วงเตรียมตัวเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยถือเป็นหนึ่งในความท้าทายสำคัญของวัยรุ่นหลายคน ผมเองเคยอยู่ในสถานการณ์ที่ใกล้เคียงกับผู้เขียน ที่เคยยื่นรอบพอร์ตและไม่ติดที่ไหนเลย ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความเครียดสะสมมาก หลายครั้งที่รู้สึกกลัวว่าจะทำให้ครอบครัวผิดหวังหรือถูกเพื่อนล้อเลียน สิ่งที่ช่วยให้ผ่านช่วงเวลานั้นไปได้คือการมีคนรอบตัวที่เข้าใจและพร้อมรับฟัง การได้พูดคุย แชร์ความรู้สึกกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวช่วยให้รู้ว่าเราไม่ได้เผชิญปัญหาคนเดียว นอกจากนี้การเปิดใจกับผู้ปกครองยังทำให้ผมได้รับคำแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์และกำลังใจที่จริงใจ ช่วยให้มีกำลังใจตั้งรับและวางแผนต่อไปได้อย่างมั่นคง อีกสิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมคิดว่าสำคัญมากคือการเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมทั้งด้านจิตใจและทางเลือกสำรอง เช่น การศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับรอบอื่นๆ รอบโควต้า หรือแม้แต่การซิ่ว รวมถึงการตั้งเป้าหมายใหม่ที่สอดคล้องกับความสามารถของตนเอง การมีแผนสำรองในใจจะช่วยลดความวิตกกังวลไปได้เยอะ สุดท้ายแล้ว ทุกคนที่กำลังเผชิญกับความเครียดในช่วงเตรียมเข้ามหาลัย อยากให้รู้ว่าความล้มเหลวไม่ใช่จุดสิ้นสุด บางครั้งมันเป็นแค่บทเรียนที่ทำให้เราเข้มแข็งขึ้น และการประคับประคองตัวเองด้วยการสื่อสารกับคนรอบข้าง รวมถึงการดูแลตัวเองอย่างเหมาะสม จะช่วยให้เราผ่านพ้นช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากนั้นไปได้แน่นอน ขอเป็นกำลังใจให้ทุกคนสู้ต่อไปและเชื่อมั่นว่าตัวเองมีทางสำเร็จเสมอ
