This Shredded Chicken Crunch Dip is creamy, crunchy, and loaded with fresh veggies and lean protein—made even better with crispy high-protein tortilla chips. Perfect for meal prep, parties, or a satisfying snack.

🥛 You can swap the mayo for Greek yogurt if you want an even lighter version—but I’m sensitive to dairy, so I stick to avocado oil mayo!

📝 Ingredients:

• 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (~750g total)

• 1 red bell pepper, diced

• 1 carrot, finely diced

• 4 celery stalks, diced

• 1 red onion, diced

• 1 full pack of scallions, sliced

• 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)

• 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

• ¾ to 1 cup avocado oil mayo (used ~¾ cup = ~720 calories total)

• Juice of ½ lemon

• 1 tsp garlic powder
