🍌Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treats🍌
If you love classic banana pudding but crave something new, these chewy, creamy Rice Krispie treats are your dream come true! Ingredients
• 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
• 6 cups Rice Krispies
• 5 cups mini marshmallows
• 1½ cups additional mini marshmallows
• 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 box banana creme pudding (instant)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Marshmallow fluff (for topping)
• More crushed vanilla wafers (for topping)
• White chocolate chips (melt in microwave in 10-second intervals)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare banana pudding according to package instructions and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
3️⃣ Add 5 cups mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring constantly until smooth and combined.
4️⃣ Stir in vanilla extract and ¼ cup of the prepared pudding mixture, then remove from heat.
5️⃣ Fold in Rice Krispies, 1½ cups additional mini marshmallows, and crushed vanilla wafers. Mix thoroughly.
6️⃣ Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish, pressing down firmly (tip: butter your fingers!).
7️⃣ Drizzle with remaining pudding, top with crushed wafers, melted marshmallow fluff, and melted white chocolate.
8️⃣ Let cool completely, then cut into squares.
