What’s something u never use 2 eat but LOVE now?

I wouldn’t say I hated squash and zucchini growing up, I just never would eat it when my step dad would cook it for my mommy. I was a picky eater lol

As we know, I’ve been on my healthy journey for a couple years now so I’ve been open to trying alot of different foods, especially fruits and veggies .

I started eating squash and zucchini when I did a NO MEAT FAST, my step dad gave me the recipe on how to make squash and zucchini lasagna. You have too sautee your veggies first, so when I did my taste test they were so good! I almost ate the whole pan and didn’t even make the squash and zucchini lasagna lol

I I literally just started eating it about a year or 2 ago and I been hooked yall, I can literally eat squash and zucchini sautéed with some onions and bell peppers by itself and be super happy 😃 😂
