Hey, I’ve been in the medical field for a while now and 200-240 oz of water a day is too much and can cause water intoxication. I understand you said your doctor told you to drink that much for constipation but I strongly disagree. 3-4 of those and some Mira lax every once in a while is a much healthier alternative. If you continue to drink that much water I would at least put a pinch of salt and eat much more than you’re consuming to keep your sodium levels healthy. Drinking too much water can also mess with your kidney function ❤️
