Benefits Of Cloves!

I’ve been hearing and seeing so many great benefits about CLOVES so let me put tall on. Here are a few benefits that stood out for me. You can always research a little more because it’s soooo many great benefits just by taking 1-2 cloves a day . Today I just started taking them so I will come back to this post in a month or 2 with an update .

I literally just pop two in my mouth and let them get soft then I chew and swallow, some people swallow whole, some people put some in hot water w honey and make a tea, your choice .
