The first part of a general nursing assessment cheat sheet, covering patient information, vital signs (temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO2, pain level), neurological assessment (LOC, orientation, pupils, speech, motor strength), and initial cardiovascular details like heart sounds.
The second part of the nursing assessment cheat sheet, detailing cardiovascular (peripheral pulses, capillary refill, edema, skin color), respiratory, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, and initial skin and wounds assessments, including bowel movements, urine output, and fall risk.
The final part of the nursing assessment cheat sheet, completing the skin and wounds section (pressure injuries, dressing), and covering psychosocial aspects (mood, behavior, support system) and IV lines and drains (site, fluids, rate, drains). Two pink hearts are at the bottom.
