Intro To BPD

When I first heard the term “BPD” I thought it couldn’t be me — but reading the symptoms felt like someone had been watching my life through a window.

This post is based on a video I made sharing my experience with BPD symptoms. It’s vulnerable, but honest — and if it helps someone else feel a little less alone, then I’m glad I shared.
