I am trying to take back my health one step at a time and I heard green tea has so many benefits. I am a drink girly so I decided to try it!
I made iced green tea with honey and lemon to drink every morning on an empty stomach. Here is what my take back was:
1. I feel less bloated
2. I drink less coffee- sometimes I even forget to have a cup.
3. My appetite became normal.
4. I feel better overall.
Here is the one negative take back I found:
1. My heartburn is flared.
I have been doing it for 2 weeks now, so I am sure over time there will be more benefits that I notice, but over all I am really enjoying it!
